In my experience, RSUs produce taxable income when they are exercised (sold). Vesting (so that they are eligible to be sold by you) is not a taxable event. You can enter option grants in an investmen…1 -

Running File | File Operations | Validate clears that up for me, for a while (say, 2 weeks). I've been living with this problem for years, and I've reported it to Quicken a number of times.1
